Some idea for the sampler and the wavorm display

Hi,
using usine more and more...i really love it

some idea for the sampler

1. sometimes when moving start and end point (if the playing speed is pretty low) i can hear bad crackling (sometimes i like that...sometimes not)

so would be very good to have the option to avoid that
i.e. an inlet in the sampler like "don't update loop points when you are moving start/end ..update when the relevant controls stop moving"

2. would be vary nice to have a "auto normalize samples" option

3. the waveform display..
would be nice to have start and end handles on the waveform itself

4. the waveform display again...
as it is now it visualize only what is between start and end points
would be good to have the option to "visualize the entire sample"
and having a "zoom factor (x and y axis)" for the display itself

5. would be nice to have a new gui control widget like a drop-down menu
containing the sample list...so you can load the sample directly by its name

6. drag and drop samples from library to the waveform display to load a sample in the sampler

what do you think guys?

I have improved this point in the next version: no more click...

The normalization can take a long time, if the file is big, or if it'snt loaded in memory. Also, you can easilly create a subpatch that 'auto normalize' the sample: find the maximum of the incomming sound an modify the sampler gain.

Done in the next version. And now you can have the wave form in a big resizeable window or let it in the control panel.
