yes, but it's "just" a module inside a patch, like a MIDI in module. OSC learn could remote anything anywhere without patching.

osc learn is impossible to implement in the general case. they are too many cases and data types.
the best way is to use devices patches to create buses (binds) using the lister
then with binds you'll get a kind of easy osc learn...
