Grid line enhancements

Couple of enhancements which I think would be useful:

* Ability to duplicate a line. I can't see a way to copy a grid line at the moment?
* Mute a grid line. So when a grid line is muted it will be skipped. I think this could be useful for trying different arrangement ideas. I don't think there is a way to do this atm.
* Multi select grid lines so I can then use the 'move line up'/ 'move line down' on multiple rows at once.

* Not so much to do with grid line manipulation, but I would love if there was a way that when I pause playback as a grid line is part way through playing, that when I resume play back it just continues playing from its current position, instead of playing back from the start of the grid line. Obviously this would need to be a setting because other times you would want it to restart playing from the beginning of that grid line.

personally, 2) and 4) retain my attention and should be easy to implement.

The reason I think duplicate line could be useful is, I can duplicate the line and then mute it (so it will be skipped), and then try some new ideas on the duplicated line. If I like it I keep that line and delete the original, if not then delete the duplicate and re-enable the original.

At the end of the day, I guess what I am talking about is creating variations of grid lines.
