Hi everybody,
I miss my master track!
Is there a way to have the equivalent of Usine 5's master track? When I route everything to a track and use it as a master track I have to use the sends levels instead of tracks faders, and have to make the solos and mutes, and can't use the de-soloing button that is up with the others "transport" things.. I use to have quite a lot of effects in my master track, and right now I am a bit lost at sea with it. Is there a simple way to have everything routed to a track, and patch in it, having various patches in rack mode there etc?
Thanks in advance!
Sorry if it is the wrong forum section, I hesitated between here and patching question, it is a bit of both actually.

in HH all tracks can be turned into master by routing.
all tracks outputs redirected to a master, and the master to the sound card.

Hi,
thank you for your answer.
There is something I still don't get, what you are saying is that you can route any track (and all of them if you want) to an other track, and so this one would act like a master if the sends are "pre" and the stereo outs muted?
What bothers me is that if I do so then all the "outs" of my tracks become useless (using screen for nothing, or I have to go IB all the way), as I'll be using sends, not outs, is that right?
One other thing is that if a track has a send, the output of this send normaly depends on the out of the track (if it is not "pre"), and it won't be the case with the "send" kind of master, as the send to, say the reverb, won't depend on the send to the master, or I have to patch a mixer and do everything there, of course. But can't it be avoided?
Thank you in advance.

You can still use 'outs'. Just have one rack that takes all your other racks as inputs. This would be your master rack. The outs in the racks will not go directly into the soundcard if that rack is the input for another rack.
