Global fonts setting?

is there a way to set font size globally?

my eyes are not what they used to be, and some sections of Usine have fonts that are rather too small for me.
like in the contextual help and in the tabs that appear when you right-click on an object, for example.

There is a global scale setting. Not in front of Usine right now, but I think it scales up the font as well.

(it does, to some extend... Find it under: SETUP ---> GLOBAL ---> Screen "Global Zoom Scale")
