Small suggestions concerning patching

Hi,

just a few small suggestions that have come up:

- It could be nice to be able to resize the knob module in interface builders, resulting in knobs of different sizes.
- I absolutely love the new auto-scroll feature while patching: dragging a cable out of window bounds and the view scrolls in that direction. My wish is that this would also work when dragging a module or several modules. I.e. when dragging a module out of window limits, the view would scroll in that direction.
- It would be good to have a way to de-select all selected modules by clicking in the gray area - for example holding down some key simultaneously.
- When copy pasteing only one module it would be great that the parameters of the newly created module would immediately turn up in the module parameters panel. As it is now, one has to de-select and re-select it to be able to change parameters. I understand it is this way when copy-pasteing several modules but when only copying one, i think this would be a nice improvement.

Otherwise things have improved such a great deal. Thanks for all the improvements so far!
