Hi Olivier,
I installed Usine last week. It looks like a amazing piece of software. I read the manual in detail (first of all, thanx that you written one), what I'm not often do.
One thing I missed are some examples in which cases Usine generate maximal advantage for live use.
I play trumpet, trombone, breath controller and mix it with types of electronic music (experimental/freebase/minimal) and I'm interest in some workflow examples. My approach is to have flexibility for improvisation and the possibilty for intuitively live editing of samples and VSTi's (midi based).
Take care

Use usine on stage
It's a very long subject to develop...
I'll make basics sets as examples.
In few words, if you are looking for a software for live, almost improvised (but not only) sessions, Usine can do a good job. It's designed for this kind of situation.
I think that you are French so, there are many musicians, living in France, that you can see (and listen) in live situation. You could easily discuss with them.
Few names:
Steve Argueles,
Benjamin Moussay,
Olivier Sens (of course)
Paul Brousseau,
Gilles Olivesi,
etc.
Feel free to complete the list!
They are playing very often, just take a look on the net to get their live dates.
