Change the sequencer Marker's "order"

Markers in the sequencer are numbered and ordered according to the timeline.
It coul be interesting to be able to rename them and, this way, changing their order. You could add markers between 1 and 2 without disturbing the whole project... And of course, to have the corresponding sequencer module would be great....
