Hi forum!

I'm new to usine, but I can tell I really enjoy this software.
I was thinking of a function that I'd love to see in the sampler module:
The ability to control "attack" and "release time" of the sample played. That could be a very easy way to avoid clicks and pops when for instance changing the starting point of a sample being played.
Or maybe it could be a good option in the sampler to be able to force it to choose a zero cossing point when starting and stopping playing a sample.
Another kind of module I'd love to have in usine would be an enveloppe generator (ADSR for instance). I'im trying to build one with "smoothing" modules and logic modules, but it actually doesn't seem to be so easy. Enveloppes generators are great because they offer the ability to sculpt modulation over time.
All the best,

Benjamin

The zero crossing option for start/end points in the sampler is a good suggestion.

The sampler module in Usine is very special: it does a lot of unusual things but can't really replace a "standard" sampler like Kontakt.

I will develop basics ADSR functions in the next version as add-ons. It can be done easilly as sub platch's.
Also, the "data/Sequenced Line" can be use as a good envelop generator.

While we're at it: could there be start/end/pos values in number of samples in addition to the percentages?
