workspaces in workspace
i suppose the best way could be to save each workspace as patches , then re_introduce/rebuilt them in the main one, and add somes patch on/off modules..
be also careful to target of buses if you uses them..

ok i'll try . i didn't know that we can save a workspace as a patch.
thanks nay.
thanks nay.
mm, no you can't save a workspace as a patch , i mean save a workspace as several patches and rebuilt this after...
yes,that's what i thought...
i did it,but it seems that the on/off module is not so efficient, and, even with all patches off,the cost in cpu is high because off the numerous patches inside.
mm, this is strange..how many patches...?all patches off,the cost in cpu is high
Have you considered the load workspace module? This in combination with putting modules that need to remain constant in a master patch, the load workspace module can be powerful. I think if it existed (wink-nudge) a "load track" module could also be usefull in this situation.

I note that saving tracks does not seem to save the settings for aux sends, etc, so you will have to make sure you account for that.
