Matrix Cursor Orientation and Position

I was thinking it would be a good idea/enhancement to add another cursor orientation and position that can scan individual cells such as:

row 1:column 1,2,3,4
row 2:column 1,2,3,4
row 3:column etc....

or the alternate where it scans rows then columns

row 1:column 1
row 2:column 1
etc...
row 1:column 2
row 2:column 2
etc....

This would make the data/set matrix useful as an alternate sequencer for pad sequencers, and adapting controllers to have the ability to become a sequencer.
Controllers such as LaunchPad, NI Traktor, AKAI, etc... could have alternate sequencer functions easily adaptable to the matrix.

The matrix will be rewritten in futures versions so I'll implement it.
