Add Snapshots on VU Meters for Customization, Attack/Release/Glow

As the title says: Add Snapshots on VU Meters for Customization.

I like to modify the VU meters, but no snapshots.
Would be cool in the future to have options for Attack and Release, or possibly afterglow like the oscilloscope.

as we can have a huge number of vu-meters (ie. 60 rack with a 64CH surround project) the actual version is very light and optimized.
I'm not sure it's a good idea to make it heavier.

Snapshots will increase seriously the loading time.
