possibility to rescan user library, user modules ?

Do you think that it is possible to add functionality similar to plugins for "personal folders" - rescan.
I am now trying to build my first module using SDK and it is hm huh. when i put the mmodule into personal modules directory, i have to fully restart usine to see it/reflect changes..
so rescan and reload will be really useful

normally the 'reset' button on the browser does the trick?
