never mind, found a solution thats relatively easy to patch.. but if not too complex, a native optimized module could still be useful^^

do you mean send 2 CC one MSB and another for LSB ?

yes that's it, say a midi create module could get 0-16383 rather than 0-127 , a cc from 0 to 31 and would take care of splitting MSB, LSB and send the two ccs.
ideally a similar receive the other way around.
but maybe can be just 'utils' patchs. ill try to find back what i did and upload as addon
