I have recently started using HH3 with my new convertible laptop in "stand" mode, with the keyboard folded under,
and therefore only using the touchscreen.

In the Settings I can change values that have a slider or combi box, etc.
But there is no way to open then value entry box to enter a value (via the on-screen keyboard).
Using the mouse, a double click would open the selection box. The usual equivalent of a double click on
Windows is a long touch.

On Usine, a long touch on the Settings makes a large selection square appear (a Windows effect ?),
but nothing else happens.

Can we have a general way in Usine for a touchscreen to do either:
1. A double click (probably the best solution)
OR
2. Open the settings entry box.

Thanks,
Simon.

On Windows long touch is usualy equivalent to right click (the square shape indicates that). By default Usine ignores double-taps, but you can enable it under Touch settings, also there's use on-screen keyboard option, but that didn't quite work for me (although since I don't need it, I haven't tried to make it work)

There are few things that for some reason don't work with touch in HH3 - for instance the division bar for patcher (when it's not windowed) or grid is not adjustable with touch.

OK thanks - that is working fine with those settings.
I don't know if the on-screen keyboard is supposed to come up automatically on double-touch,
but I put an icon to switch the on-screen keyboard on the taskbar so I can just select that.

Yeah, I also use the taskbar icon to manually open it. Windows 10 does have setting for touch-keyboard to show up automatically when text field is in focus, but it works only when keyboard is turned off or disconnected (otherwise use tablet mode). So I guess you have to enable it both in Windows and Usine.

did you try /setup/use virtual keyboard option ?
normally it's made for that.
