Improvements to console

It would be nice to have a filter for console messages.
But there are some other improvements I'd like to see.
First off, the trace text is the hardest to see in the entire UI. I have to take off my glasses and get within an inch of the screen to tell a 5 from an 8. This is the only text in the UI that is so hard for me to read.
Also, you cannot select text from the trace, so I can't copy it somewhere else to look at it.
So I ALWAYS have to open the console. Now a text filter would be really nice, because my trace is interspersed with a lot of Usine internal messages.
Also I have to keep the trace window open, or nothing shows in the console. So that's an extra window to juggle when I already have 10 windows open...
What I'd like to see:
A console that doesn't require the trace window to be open, has a 'filter internal usine messages' button, (i.e. show only what's in the trace) has a 'clear all text' button, and a 'filter by text' button, and has nice legible text (the current console is great in this last regard, of course.)
cheers!
