yes, it's possible,
one solution is to exctract a sub-array of bloc size, at each bloc it exctract the next sub array ect..
i would use bsork's bloc counter script:

so if your bloc size is ie 32, you multiply the script output bloc nb by 32 to get the "start pos" of the "exctract sub array" module, wich has a 32 size, if then you put a audio output out of that array it will play the "sample" array each time you'll reset the script.
and then can be resampled in a sampler.but actually with a 512arry max lengh that represent a very short amount of playback time, around 11ms) V5 will extend that a lot, worth waiting.
btwn maybe there is a trick to find a way to directly write to disk an array as a wav file but im not aware of..
