Hi.
I tray to make crossfade playback with to samplers. This is how I imagine:
There is S1 and S2. When S1 "pos" reach 70% it trigger S2 + crossfade module's "cross" fader. And the same with S2. This is circuit between two samplers.
1. problem is that I don't now how to trigger "play button" without mouse or keyboard? I can only switch on or off playback, but switch does not work, because it happens when S1 start, S2 stop at 70% and inverse S1 stop when S2 starts.
2. Maybe true mathematical problem - haw to make event flow from 70%-100% equal to event flow from 0.1 - 1.0?
[This I need for crosfader. There is wire from samplers increasing "pos" to crossfader "cross" and between them "stop event flow". Event flow start passing only when 70% are reached.]
Can anyone help me with this? Is this practically possible? Or is there better crossfade playback method?
crosfade blayback between two samplers
Use an A>B module to check when pos crosses 70% and an From0To1 connected between that one and the play button on the other sampler. The From0To1 will act just like a button on the screen as far as the sampler is concerned.

Yes with "From0To1" module playback works fine. Thanks.bsork wrote:Use an A>B module to check when pos crosses 70% and an From0To1 connected between that one and the play button on the other sampler. The From0To1 will act just like a button on the screen as far as the sampler is concerned.
But how about my second question about crossfader? I need that crossfader starts [from 0.1] move only when sampler "pos" reach definite % [fore example 70] and "pos" end must be identical [or very close] with crossfaders end [that is 1.0].
- Is here somehow possible conversion for fader "if 70 is 0 than 100 is 1"?
One thing that can help you, is the scale patch in /data. It let you convert ranges and will be helpful in your case.
Ou! Not sure if I understand what happens in this patch, but it really do that. Result is what I want - crossfade playback. Thanks for help.23fx23 wrote:One thing that can help you, is the scale patch in /data. It let you convert ranges and will be helpful in your case.
