Is it possible to create a one-midi-click option for 3 switch

- first press (on my midi footswitch) create a click on switch1
- second press (on the same footsitch) create a click on switch2
- third press create a click on switch3

this would be very useful for the (great) "keep on playing" addon

- first press = rec button
- second press = play it button
- third press = stop it button

I'm sure there is already a patch or an answer in this site about it
but can't find it ...

Best regards
j.

ps : Gdlive (the creator of this patch) give this answer
"Actually if you want to pilot this patch with one pedal for example, you have to add some more stuff, like a switch with 0to1 and 1to0 detection for start and stop for example."
But I can't visualize this solution

Hi javanaiz,

here is the more stuff I was written about : :)
http://www.sensomusic.com/forums/uploads.php?file=KeepOnPlayingMono%20v1.2%20version%20pedale.pat

But I must admit that Nay gave a more elegant solution...

I'll try to remember of this step module next time.... :D

you can also use a simple fader ( min=1, max=3 ) and the button linked to the increment inlet...;)

Hello Gdlive !
Txs for this new version of the keeponplaying :)
It's now like a live harmonizer with the transpose option

but I'm struggling on this point :
If I create a midi learn on the yellow "footswitch" button
the real recording comes only on my fourth hit on the button (toogle mod)
like if it goes from steps 1 to 3 for nothing the first round

I'm not lucky also Nay Seven patch : 1pedal_increment patch + keeponplaying patch
The recording start automatically as the Workspace open
Really weird :(

Tx Nay,
it work this way without starting the "keeponplaying"

I Have a question for Gdlive (the creator of this patch)

If I load the V.1.1 keeponplaying patch on a new workspace (with fixed loop lenght mode)
I have to first hit "Keeping start" then "keepingstop"
Then I hit "Keeping start" and the loop recording start and play !

That is a little bit tricky for live situation
Is there a way to record on the first hit ?

sorry for the delay, no internet for 3 days...

I think that you could use the Nay proposal (step fader) coupled with a 'on activation" or 'on initialisation" subpatch to reset the fader to the first value. You could find them in "interface control" directory

Hello
Here is the link to NaySeven solution :)
http://www.sensomusic.com/downloadaddon ... 0GD+NS.pat

-----------------------------

This is a version of the Keeponplaying,
that brings a "one click" to record

It does a round for nothing as the workspace start.
Thanks GDlive and NaySeven for making this possible
J.
