Sync Issues

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble getting audio files to sync in the grid. I've tried setting each line to cycle, bar, beat and i get the same problems. I set the frame rate to 30, the same as in my daw. When I play one line individually, using space bar (I have to start it with the master, space bar, if I start the sequence with the play button in the grid it doesn't start synced) it starts out ok but when it changes lines it all falls apart. I'm pretty sure I must be missing something still. Can anyone help out?

Did you ever get this sorted? I haven't played with the grid yet but ran into some sync-ing questions yesterday until I found out about 'Local Synchronization'.
