i m trying to implement some kind of snapshot functionality into my setup.
that means that i want to recall the position of certain knobs and faders by clicking on a button.
has anyone an idea where or how to start with this.
i have barely an imagination of how something like this can work.
any ideas greatly appreciated
cheers

How can i make a snapshot ?
oi mr funkyg
the Preset Manager should cover this ..that's more or less a complete snapshot of your current patch..you can exclude certain elements (go to the settings panel by right clicking on the module, under save options -> untick "saved in preset") you don't want to capture..it's really quite simple..set up your patch, drag in a preset manager and that's it..

Regarding snapshots: is there a way to avoid the delay that occurs when switching from snapshot to snapshot? I don't see how I can create a song with Usine when there are delays between snapshot changes on the timeline (i.e., the audio pauses briefly during the change to the next snapshot).
All I'm doing is changing the 'pitch' slider in a GROOVE bass module (whose MIDI output is going out to a VSTi).
Thanks!
Bryan
