help for making a script.

Hi.
I'm not able to make a script at all. So i'm looking for someone who could help me to make a script that do this function:
receive midi note on/off message and create an array of 127 values with the velocity of each one (0 to127, 0 to midi note off)
i made this patch that convert midi notes to dmx values (transmited by artnet protocol) but my patch could be in my opinion very light
with a script that replace a very huge polyphonic patch.

I'm willing to help, but I think I need a bit more explanation as to what goes into the 127 element array. Is it just the velocity of the incoming midi note? if I have a clearer idea about it, hopefully I can help
