plug-ins rescan

Hi!
I can't find how to have a rescan, I looked at the manual, and the plugin setup tab does not look like the one in the manual photo. Is it because of an update change? The thing is that the one I have in the setup does not have "folders" and "rescan", it only has a "converter VST folder" option, and the up part is the same as the AUDIO tab. And restarting USINE does not make it rescan for plugins.
What am I missing?

can you try to start with a new unzipped version ( and without copy your config folder) to see if you have the same please..?
