Play and stop piano roll in loop mode

Hi all you guys.

I cannot make the piano roll start and stop with buttons in loop mode. It just doesn't obey to the command it only responds to the synchro on/off switch on the dashboard. I wonder if there is any way or patch that can govern these functions.

If the piano roll is tied to the master synchro, there are two ways to control it that I can think of:
1. MIDI Learn & tie the PLAY button to a MIDI message
2. Insert at Master Sync object in your patch, then tie a switch to the 'On' inlet.

It's all tied to your loop mode & play mode & related settings for the piano roll. You might want to keep experimenting with those options also.

I tried all the options posted but it doesn't do what I want.

1) I need the synchro button always ON so I can sync with other devices such as a live looper.
2) There's no way to stop the piano roll in loop mode without turning off the synchro button.

Another solution for me could be using sampler player and load a loop wav file but I can't get the sampler play in sync with the live looper or with the rest of the system. Is there any way to do that?? as in Ableton Live

BTW I forgot to mention that I'm using USINE STAGE
