envelope follower doesn't reach "0" value

Hi all,
I'm commanding a toggle OFF value with the envelope follower. The point is ,when it reaches 0 a 0 value must be sent to toggle in order to turn off a switch. How can I achieve that?

0 to 1 is to speed so try to change the max to 10 for example, then add a round module+a divide by 10 module
