Yet another attempt to leave ableton for Usine, still failing at first steps.
First, I would just need to play drumloops that follow tempo changes.
If I use grain sampler, at first it seems to work.
(except that I used a 52 bpm 2 bars loops, and the sampler indicates that I'm playing it at 100% of the speed when I'm at 45 bpm. while it does sounds right at 52 bpm... is it relative to some kind of 60 bpm reference ? But then I'm not so sure how to use information to set things properly)
However, I then wanted to try a 94 bpm loops which I loaded in the same sampler (so far, there is nothing else than the grain sampler template in my patch). If I set usine tempo at 94 bpm, it play the loops at the original pace. But if I change the tempo, now th pitch changes with the tempo, it does not time stretch anymore !
What's happening ?
grain sampler to play loops that follow tempo changes

So the grain sampler can't handle two different samples properly ?
I just don't get what happens, and I can't find a proper documentation on the sampler functions.

Thanks a lot joffo78...
... but I ended up encountering th same problems (not at first, but quite quickly by loading other loops), without tweaking into the patch.
Later I'll see if I can isolate some variables that seem to create this alteredd behavior.
