Computer Network Bandwidth trigger

Is there anything that can measure my computer bandwidth and give me a number? I would like for the addition of approximately 740kbps that the Kinect v2 puts onto the network to be a trigger of sorts.

It's currently impossible to have this information inside Usine.
We'll investigate to see how we could implement that in futures releases. As I know, it's not easy...
