Hello plaf, and welcome here!
As Nay-Seven suggested, you can see that it was my question first!
You'll find shell2vst there, and some french explanation there, it's my answer on AF.
Note that this stuff will change your VST Shell into as many *.dll as you have in your shell. Maybe should you avoid to leave them in the same VST folder, since the soft you usually use with the shell VST will recognize them twice and make a very long and very boring list...
