My stupid Midi keyboard is a bit broken and sometimes sends CC data by itself :(

In the patches where I only play VSTi's this isn't a problem since I can filter them out.
But I have also connected a BCR2000 for remote controlling FX. The CC data sending from my keyboard now break in some cases the remote assigned CC's (changing the values) if they are the same.

So is there a way in Usine to say "only use remote data from Midi Input 2 (my BCR) and ignore all incoming values for Midi port 1 (my Midi keyboard)" ?

any chance you can set another midi out canal for your keyboard...? ( on the hardware )
so , this way you use it only for midi note with a midi in module on vsti and you can filter the bads messages...?

I have also thought about that.
Problem is the keyboard seems to send unwanted CC messages on all channel, so if they are happen to be the same as my remote assigned CCs for the BCR they get messed up. And it seems randomly, so I can't choose different CCs for the remote.

I know, not Usine's fault, but maybe there is a solution like "block" one physical Midi input for remote?

ok,
don't think there's a solution right now
i suppose you need a kind of "Midi Master section" where you can add midi filters directly in
try the " Suggestions & improvements " forum...?

waiting for that , you can run vsthost ( freeware ) + a virtual midi port (maple midi )
and check his " midi input filters" section...? and route your keyboard this way to Usine...?
i know it's not the easy way but...
