Comboboxes and banks

Hey All,

Currently running Guitar Rig 3 and when trying to use a combobox to populate patch names with a ctrl-drag it only seems to grab the current bank. I switched to a different bank and did the ctrl-drag again and got a different bank of patch names but when I click the patch names the sounds switch for whatever bank I'm in but it doesn't switch to the proper bank. Am I doing this incorrectly or is there a better way of accomplishing what I'm trying to do? I'm assuming that if I want quick access to the banks and patches I should be using multiple comboboxes, one for each bank?

yes , you have to ctrl-drag again when you change banks in your vst...

Hmmm. Either I'm doing something wrong or GR3 doesn't respond as it should. Here's what I'm doing:

Open VST and choose bank 1, patch 1.
Ctrl-drag to make Combobox for bank 1.
Choose bank 2, patch 1.
Ctrl-drag to make Combobox for bank 2.

Usually, this only creates a duplicate of bank 1. Every once and awhile and I don't know what I'm doing differently to make it happen, I'll get the bank I'd expect although selecting patches using the combobox only selects patches for whatever bank I happen to be in but won't switch to the appropriate bank that the combobox represents.

Did this make sense?
