Hi, Is it possible, that usine can detect sounds that appear on my sound card, fore example sounds on web browser, application sounds or windows sounds?

Usine can't "detect " sounds , but you can use a routing, software or hardware, to route a flux in your sound card, but this depends more on your sound card possibilities. the second solution is to use a cheap or second card ( or internal one) for web browser and route it in your main sound card
