problem with a bcf2000

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to use a bcf2000 with usine, I know it should work but it doesn't, the device apperas in the list, and when I select it the console says "error: erreur externe indefinie" and then "error: le handle du peripherique specifie n'est pas valide".
I have win7 64, and bcf2000 64 drivers too.

Has anyone an idea ?

I think it is because of the USB 3 port, is it possible ?

have you try the different operating mode ( u1,2,3) ( check in the bcf manual) , not sure but i remember this can solve issues sometimes ?

of course the more stable and easy solution will be to use classic standard MIDI I/O ports.

but are all your usb port in usb 3..?

i see that there is also options about hight speed,super speed...you can set this in your windows control manager
