no midi signal messages

If i am getting no midi signals from cables going into my main midi bus is this a problem?

i am using dispatch modules to change the routing of my midi. When the path of the midi is changed old paths report a no midi.

Should something be on the cable to prevent this "no midi" from being sent?
Is it making usine work harder?

have you tried to activate the audio/midi button in your dispatch modules ..?
btw, here, on the picture we don't see what's happen before the wire..
