I cannot save settings in the combo boxes in this patch with the preset manager. It used to work fine in Usine 5.80.

THe sub patch rotator step if opened as a patch presets can be stored but not when it is a subpatch inside the patch i have uploaded here.

ANy help would be great.

test this:
right click on your patch and click on "repair ID's", accept the query window
test your preset manager again

that was the problem. I suppose it is related to importing patches from 5.80. repair id's fixed it.
