latency problem, need help understanding...

Im trying to figure this out.

Lets say I have two racks.

Track one is a drum loop, track 2 is set up as a standard AUX send. (track 1 output > track 2 input)

I insert a plugin with latency on track 2, Eventide’s Omnipressor. This adds 0.7 ms of latency.

Comb filtering and phase cancellation appears, which tells me the 2 racks are no longer sample aligned.

I have tried to add a simple mix knob to the plug in patch, and get the out of sync result.

Is there a way to force Usine to acknowledge latency and adjust globally?

This latency issue also happens with sound toys, which all add 0.7ms.

Am I not understanding how Usine handles plug in latency?

The solution I found is to add the latency manually using the delay module.

But I would like clarification as I am getting a lot of phase and comb issues using multiple microphones.
