In a 4/4 time signature how do I make sequenced lines, sequenced buttons, sequenced switches etc
last for a defined number of beats or bars?
for example sequenced switches cycling every 4 bars, in sync.

Using the grid ? You drop your rack in the grid, select the elements you need to trig, build your sequence, then tune the grid section to repeat 4 times ?

two solutions in my head for that
1. synchro set to "duration" put master synchro in your patch, take the tempo, do the math for BPM to ms
2. synchro set to "bar", master synchro in your patch, then local synchro in your patch. attach multiply/divide math operator between master synchro tempo out and local synchro tempo in

Hi,
thanks for your suggestions.
Grid, not possible as I use it for automations that stretch over long periods.
“1. synchro set to "duration" put master synchro in your patch, take the tempo, do the math for BPM to ms
2. “synchro set to "bar", master synchro in your patch, then local synchro in your patch. attach multiply/divide math operator between master synchro tempo out and local synchro tempo in”
Both these work for getting the correct length, but how do I sync it to transport? i.e. when I press play and stop in the transport bar, (top header) the sequencer starts and stops, and when I press rewind it goes back to the beginning?

ok, I have managed to sync the local syncro to the transports "stop" and "start" by connecting the
"on" out of the Master to the "on" in of the local.
But still no rewind capability, the local sync does not have a rewind????
How would I synchronise the sequencers to say a metronome in another track?

got it, rewind from master into restart of local, sequencer set to Bar.
Thanks!
