Is there any way to do automation for knobs, faders and other elements in USINE v5?

the old way was to record your midi CC flow in a piano roll and send it to your knobs

an also possible alternative way is to rec for ex in a local line/step/array. more boring if many automations to do but otherwise quite descently fast to setup.( id sugest set first the array to 32 steps per bar or more if need really precise resolution), and it can allow then local preset managers to recall differents sets for ex. then here the mouse down on item trig the 'write', and block the feedback to item, but can repace it with ie a rec switch if wanna using remote hardware knobs or something else
