deleting patches without the confirmation prompt

I'd like to delete patches without the prompt asking "Are you sure?".

It looks like it's possible from this video: https://youtu.be/1sYuaGQW0aw?t=177

But I can't find the setting...

This works only for empty patches,
about a general feature, could be dangerous ?

Ahhh, right. I can't speak for anybody else, but if it was possible generally I would use it. Thanks for the clarification

Depending on your application but maybe you could use loadpatch module or iml to load empty patch template in place of the patch to be deleted?
