Is there a way to activate (desactivate) the receive MIDI clock (or MTC) of a device in real time ?

Currently no, maybe possible as suggestion ?
Recently I've come across same question. One way that worked for me, was switching on and off the midi output device itself (that sends the clock). The idea was to make a step sequencer that sends and interrupts clock output for SH-101 (which is connected through another device to convert midi into CV/gate), so it's internal sequence plays differently to make it groovy. So that worked, but it's tricky to also send notes in this situation, but I have idea for that as well. Anyway, I'll add suggestion for more straightforward way to do this.

I Thought of that way (disactivating the device) but I believe I dosen't works for input device, only for output ...

maybe toglling from a mastersync (wich will use MTC) to local sync(that would not) might do the job as a workaround?
ie drop a local sync module and enable or disable 'active'. if off the patch syncs to master mtc, if on will use the local sync
