Hi,

I've noticed that some plugins are clipping while the Usine's vumeters are showing -2.5/-3 db... of course, connected directly to the plugin's outputs.
And Usine's master vumeters clipping (how much?) while the board of my HDSP shows peaks at again -2.5/-3db...
Well, I'm wondering: where is the "real" 0db?!
Dynamics is a tricky question...

the clip test is not precise in usine: not tested every blocks to save CPU.
If you want a precise test use the 'Master Meter' patch include in the package.

But the 0db in usine is really 0db!

Thanks Olivier, I'll use the 'master meter' just for safe, and then unplug it.
