Patching a “toggle module” with probability OUT destination

Hello Usiners addict !

I want to drive OUT data IN with a probability. Here is a sketch to explain what I want to patch. I want to do this for driving clock tick (from counter modules).

take
a data/random module
a event/pass event flow
a math/logical/'<'

random.out--> '<'.in
'<'.out--> pass evt flow.pass

then make a test data < 0.8

connect the midi in to the midi out via the pass evt flow.
