Missing Conductor button on Windows menu in Usine

Hello,
I am checking version free 5.25j installed and there is no way to see and enter Conductor, not using the ctrl+f7 or f8.

Anything I am missing ?

yes, it was very obvious indeed !
No conductor in free version...
