Synthesis Pack v1.0 - install problems (I Think)

Hello
My name in Barry Dillon, I am a new registered user of Usine. I have a question (and maybe a problem) with the ”Synthesis Pack v1.0 by Nay Seven.zip” package, which I downloaded from your web site.
I have the pack expanded in the Usine Library folder. When I click on the “Open Patch” button and select the “Synthesis Pack v1”, from within the Usine application, I recognise 2 things,

1 The is no .dlls showing in the Dll Folder, yet I know the dlls are there. And the Usine application returns a “cant find *.dll” message..

2 If I try and open the “OSC additive.pat” patch the system retuns the following message, “cant find the VST D:vst_usinesynthesis_pack vst_0.09Oscillator additive(mono).dll”. A similar try of message is returned for all the other patches.

As you will notice the zip archive is version 1.0 and the patch seems to be version 0.09. So I’m just wondering if you can offer me any form of help or advice with this problem? The other (non Synthesis Pack v1.0) seem to operate as expected.

have you try to extract all the archive in your Usine Library ...?

Hi,
Yes I unzipped the entire archive into its own folder within the Usine Library. All the other patches in the archive exibit similar problrms

no, i mean your personal library, not Usine one ..?

Barry Dillon here again, when you say “my Personal Library” do you mean the Document Library (folder) into which the archive Synthesis Pack v1.0” should be expanded into

You can read this tips about the way to update Usine, there's a part about the personal library

to resume, it is a good use to create a folder where you put all your patch, and user's module and my pack was done in this way
then you declare this folder in the global settings/interface/patch library
really more easy to update or to use several versions of Usine/Easine

Hi,
I’m still having no luck with “my Personal Library” and the Synthesis Pack 1.0. A similar type error message is being returned, for a different patch
Cant find VST D:Vst_Usine Synthesis Pack V0.9wavetable(Mono).dll
This error message would seem to suggest to me that the VST path is hardwired into the code of the patch, I don’t have a D drive in my laptop.

ok, so don't know, i've just tested on a fresh install new library folder , not on a D: ...works here
this addon is downloaded many time/month and don't have this feedback
maybe try to put the dll in your VST folder..?
