Sampler with Midi Playback

Just wondering if its possible to create a sample player which can map the sounds across a keyboard which I can play?

here a simple example,which let you choose the note range ( 1 octave here) to play 8 different samples :


note : the midi cable is not necessary, and the synchro of the piano roll = button
