Making a slave RC51

Hey guys, I want to make a slave RC51, in other words, if I have RC51(A) and (B) I want RC51(B) to get it's duration/replay calculation from RC51(A). I just had a show last week for which I wanted to do this but I ended up having to sync. I'd like to be able to do this without syncing to tempo. It's pretty close but something is missing still. I looked inside and saw mn-1 and count-1 deal with duration/replay calculation. So I sent count and mn on busses from RC51(A).



Then changed the slave sampler polyphony to 8 and rewired the selector.



They're looping together but the calculation of curr layer is not correct. This was kind of as far as I got. I'm not quite sure what to do now. Any pointers would be so very appreciated.
