ultranova editor crashes

I just got an Ultranova for a very nice price. I'm very much looking forward to using it in Hollyhock, but it crashes really hard and brings down the whole app.

I've checked in Studio One, Live, and Bitwig and they all work fine. Tracktion 5 crashes as well though.

These kinds of situations are really annoying, because on the one hand the VST maker is probably at fault. On the other hand, it works just fine in other hosts.

So.. does anyone else have experience with the Ultranova Editor? Or the Virus TI software (just wondering, as they both communicate 'sideways' past the host to the synth via USB)?
