Recording in perfect sync?

I had a similar problem with Usine 5 time ago. It was easy.

Now I'm trying to record some patches to edit the audio in Cubase. The problem is that I can not to get the sounds with the sync.

I just recorded a simple 4x4 kick drum with some percussion sounds to see. But When I'm going to Cubase (with the same BPM) the audio are not in this place.



Any idea why I'm wrong?
