Copying racks from a workspace into another workspace

After many years in programming hardware algorithms I must admit I've become a little lazy.
As an example, let's take Demo 4 Poly Mini Mog:
I'd like to import the rack #1 ( keyboard and preset) and #2 ( Poly Mini Mog) into my workspace.
Now, the #2 is easy as it is a module, but how about #1?

2 ways:

- save the rack in your personal library , then drag it in your workspace

- open the wkp demo in wkp 2 , copy the rack you want, back to wkp1, paste
