OSC Address Change

Hi,

I'm not even sure if I am setting up what I want to do the best way, as I am following the way I use to do osc to ableton via touchosc.

However, here is my question:

Is there a way to change the ch1 in the addr below to equal what ever channel I want to control eg Channel 4 = ch4 but leave the /f1there. Should I do it via a list box? As I want to control the same set of effects and stuff from the one window, but on different channels.

yes , you can concats strings for the text of the address ( you'll find these modules in modules/strings)
here how to do : ( you can use also listbox(button) or combobox)

Thanks Nay.. Rather than having a text field I've named the fader/buttons what they will be called in the osc message then linked that in via the name tag.
