make iphone or other cell ringing and speaking

Hi
For a perform i need to make a cell phone of an actor ringing and playing a false conversation already recorded on it.
I don't want to use the GSM network cause it isn't enought secure to a live performance.
I wonder if it's possible to use iphone osc possibility whith for exemple osctouch.
But generally it's used in the other sens (iphone to control computer).
what i need is to get an iphone application witch could receive information by osc to play sample (ring or false conversation).
Do you know if it's possible or can i find a simpler solution ?

I think Jasuto Pro could do it. I tried yesterday and got it receiving an lfo ok but there's a minor issue with the way jasuto receives the OSC and the way Usine sends OSC. I've posted some questions on the Jasuto forum so I'll see what hemicube says about it...

TouchOSC can send OSC from and ithingy to a computer, but as far as I know it can't actually make sound after being triggered from a computer - I could be wrong though...

..basically a sampler with the ability to be controlled over wifi....that might do the job for you..and it's free..
